What to Have Ready
Landing at MCO or SFB
Include the airline and flight number. The flight is monitored at no extra charge and the pickup moves if you land early or late. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal; on an international arrival, that happens once you are through immigration, customs and baggage.
Sailing from or returning to Port Canaveral
Give the ship name and cruise line, the day you sail, your boarding window and, if known, the terminal. Any commercial ride into Port Canaveral has to be arranged and paid for ahead of time, which is what booking here does.
Who and what is coming
Count every passenger, babies and children included, plus suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs and anything oversized. Up to two car seats and two boosters are free: give each child's age, approximate weight and the seat type. You can also say whether you prefer English or Spanish.
One stop on the way
