Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral Car Service: Questions and Answers
Booking and payment, meeting your chauffeur at MCO or SFB, the pickup at the cruise terminal, children, luggage and cancellations for private transfers in both directions. Still unsure? Call or WhatsApp (689) 250-0205.
Booking & payment
How do I book a private transfer between the airport and the port?
Through the booking form on this site. Enter your pickup and drop-off, choose a vehicle, check the total and pay by card; card payments are processed by Stripe, and a booking confirmation and receipt follow. A phone call, a WhatsApp message or a social-media message can get you help with the form, but none of them reserves a car on its own.
What is included in the all-inclusive rate?
The form shows a single total for the itinerary you chose, and you review it before anything is charged. Traffic does not add a surcharge, and airport charges are not added to your fare. If you alter the trip after booking, a price difference can apply.
Do I need to add a tip for the chauffeur?
Gratuity is optional. It forms part of the price only when your booking expressly includes it; otherwise, whether to tip is your decision.
Planning your transfer
What should I have ready before I start the booking?
About the cruise: the line, the ship, the sailing date, your boarding window and, if you already know it, the terminal. About the ride: the pickup address, the number of travelers including children, how many bags, and a mobile number you will actually answer on the day. The pickup time is worked out from the boarding window and terminal, not just the hour the ship leaves.
How far ahead do I have to book the ride back from the port?
Notice is judged leg by leg, based on where each pickup happens. Pickups at Port Canaveral, at MCO or SFB, and elsewhere in Orlando need two hours or more, and the return leg follows the same rule. Rides are reserved in advance only, with no on-demand pickup, so it is simplest to book the trip home together with the trip out.
Which vehicle fits my group and luggage?
The Sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags. The Full Size SUV and the Signature Suburban Premier each take up to 6 passengers and 6 large bags, the Escalade up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, and the Sprinter up to 12 passengers and 12 bags. The final fit depends on the confirmed seating layout and the size of your cases, and a specific model or color is guaranteed only when your confirmation says so.
Arriving at MCO or SFB
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Inside the terminal. Meet & greet is part of every airport arrival, and your meeting instructions spell out the terminal, the level, the side and the exact meeting point.
I am arriving on an international flight. When do we meet?
Once you are through immigration and customs and have your checked bags. Add the airline and flight number to the booking so the arrival can be tracked, and send a quick message if the arrival formalities are running long.
What if I can't find my chauffeur?
Call or WhatsApp (689) 250-0205 before you walk out of the airport or get into any other vehicle. Leaving without making contact can be treated as a no-show, and a no-show is charged at 100% of the booking.
What happens if the airline cancels my flight?
If the cancellation comes before the chauffeur has been dispatched, you can ask for one fee-free reschedule credit to use within 12 months; it depends on availability, and a fare difference may apply. If you would rather be refunded, the standard cancellation schedule decides the amount.
At Port Canaveral
Why can't the car wait at the curb as we leave the ship?
Security and loading rules at the port can prevent a chauffeur from parking at the terminal curb. That is why the car is only called into the pickup zone after every member of your party has disembarked with all of their luggage; follow the chauffeur's instructions from there. Half an hour of free waiting time is included at the port.
Our cruise itinerary changed. What happens to the transfer?
Nothing changes automatically: a schedule change from the cruise line does not cancel or move your ride, so tell the booking team the moment you hear about it. If the sailing itself is cancelled before the chauffeur is dispatched, the service may be moved once as a credit valid for 12 months; otherwise the normal cancellation windows apply.
Can I book a round trip to the cruise and back?
Yes, as two legs: one to the terminal on embarkation day and one from the port when you return. Each pickup is confirmed in writing, and each is treated as its own service when cancellation timing is worked out.
Children, luggage & accessibility
What do you need to know about my children's car seats?
Each ride includes up to two car seats and two boosters free of charge. When you request them, give each child's age, rough weight and the type of seat required so the vehicle can be prepared, and a parent or guardian checks that every child is properly secured before the car pulls away. Babies and children each count as one passenger in your headcount.
Can you carry a stroller, a wheelchair or oversized items?
List them before the booking is confirmed, whether it is a stroller, a wheelchair or any oversized piece, so the vehicle's space can be planned around them. Travelers with disabilities are welcome, and service animals ride as the law requires.
What are the rules on board for pets, food and drink?
Pets that are not service animals need approval in advance and travel in a suitable carrier. Sealed water is fine; food and alcohol need written approval first. Seat belts are required, and smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Changes & cancellations
How much notice do I need to cancel for a full refund?
It depends on the vehicle. For a standard sedan or SUV transfer, 24 hours or more before pickup brings a full refund, between 6 and 24 hours half the fare is charged, and under 6 hours the whole fare is charged. For the Sprinter and other high-capacity, specially sourced or affiliate vehicles the cutoff is 72 hours: cancel earlier for a full refund, less any non-refundable third-party amount disclosed before payment; later, the full fare is charged. Timing is measured from the confirmed pickup time in local time, and holiday or special-event bookings can carry different terms, always shown before you pay.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Put it in writing: email booking@saberlane.co, send a WhatsApp message to (689) 250-0205, or use the cancellation option supplied with your reservation. A cancellation counts from the moment the message is received. Changes requested before the full-refund deadline carry no admin fee, though any price difference still applies; a major change after that deadline may be handled as a cancellation plus a new booking. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and are initiated within 7 to 10 business days.
Help & the operator
Can I get help at any hour, and in Spanish?
Yes to both. Assistance is available 24/7 for new reservations and for trips already booked (call or WhatsApp (689) 250-0205), and trips can be coordinated in English or Spanish. Mention your preferred language when you book.
Can I ask for a woman driver?
Yes. Women drivers are part of the team; request one when you book and it is arranged subject to availability.
Who runs these transfers, and are they permitted at the airports and the port?
A locally operated chauffeur company based in Winter Garden, Florida, in business since 2018. Its permits cover Port Canaveral, both Orlando International (MCO) and Orlando Sanford (SFB), and vehicle-for-hire service in the City of Orlando, and is a 2026 member of the Florida Limousine Association. Some vehicles run under commercial agreements with verified operators; the vehicle assigned to you is confirmed for your trip.
