I-Drive to the pier

A few nights near Universal or along International Drive before sailing puts you about 60 miles from Port Canaveral, and it can gather a crowd: cousins landing on different flights, friends in separate rooms, a group that met up for a birthday ahead of the cruise. Getting that crowd to the ship together is the job here.

Each booking starts from one address, the hotel entrance named in your confirmation, and a second hotel can be added as the included stop if part of the party slept somewhere else. Driving takes roughly 60 to 80 minutes, so the pickup is set early enough to cover the long end of that range and still meet your boarding window. Pick the vehicle for the whole party and all of its luggage, pay online, and the arrangement the port requires is in place well before sail day.

Leaving International Drive for the Port

Universal and International Drive sit around ten miles nearer the port than the Disney resorts, yet the driving window quoted is the same, so plan around its upper figure.

Hotel Entrance to Terminal Curb

  1. Reserve for the whole group

Count every traveler, children included, and every bag. One vehicle chosen for the full party is easier than two cars heading for the same terminal.

  2. Name the second hotel, if any

Part of the group staying elsewhere? Put that hotel on the booking as the included stop, up to 30 minutes, so it is timed into the pickup.

  3. Ready at the entrance

Wait at the designated entrance with your belongings. Half an hour past the confirmed time is covered at no charge; message if you need longer.

  4. About an hour east

Allow 60 to 80 minutes on the road to the terminal on your cruise paperwork, then unload at its drop-off area.

Seating the Whole Pre-Cruise Group

Why travel together

One Ride for the Whole Pre-Cruise Party

Two hotels, one pickup run

Your transfer's one stop, half an hour at most, can collect the rest of the group from a second address.

Twelve seats when you need them

The Sprinter takes twelve passengers and twelve bags, so a large party reaches the terminal at the same moment.

Waiting built into the hotel pickup

The first 30 minutes after the confirmed time cost nothing, for the guest still waiting on an elevator.

A clear total first

The booking form shows the all-inclusive rate for your itinerary before payment, so nothing is left to settle at the pier.

Help at any hour

Reservations and booked trips have assistance 24/7, by phone or WhatsApp.

Permitted for the port

The operator holds Port Canaveral, MCO, SFB and City of Orlando vehicle-for-hire permits.

Picking a Hotel Door on International Drive

A big hotel can have more than one entrance, and a vague meeting spot costs time on the one morning you have none to spare. Give the exact hotel name and address when you book; the meeting point is confirmed before travel, and your party waits there with everything packed. If the property has vehicle access rules you know about, mention them ahead of time. Changes on the day, such as a late checkout or a lost room key, can be sent on WhatsApp so the chauffeur hears about them before arriving.

Bringing a Split Party Together

When a group spreads across two hotels, there are two ways to get everyone to the ship. The first is a single larger vehicle collecting both halves: book from one hotel and add the other as the stop that comes with every cruise transfer, up to half an hour. The second is two separate bookings, each from its own address. One ride is simpler to coordinate at the terminal; two can make sense when the hotels are far apart or the luggage will not fit a single vehicle. Either way, every traveler and every case goes on a booking.

Leaving Enough Time Before Boarding

Sixty to eighty minutes of driving is the estimate, but a sailing morning holds more than the drive: loading bags at the hotel, the stop if you booked one, and the approach roads and drop-off line at the terminal. Work back from your boarding window with all of those counted, then add a margin of your own. A private car gets you there without changing vehicles or sharing a schedule with strangers; it cannot hold a ship, so the size of that margin is yours to decide.

Why private

Why Travelers Book a Private Ride to the Port

The cruise starts at the gangway. The 46 miles between a runway and that gangway are the part worth handing to someone else.

  • Permitted at the Port's Curb

Port Canaveral restricts terminal access to prearranged, permitted commercial transport. This service holds permits at the port, at MCO and at Orlando Sanford, so nothing gets negotiated at a gate.

  • Your Party, Your Vehicle

A shared shuttle waits for other flights and stops at other ships. A private transfer leaves when your group is ready and drives to one terminal: yours.

  • Room for Cruise Luggage

Formal nights and a week of swimwear add up. You choose the vehicle at booking against your headcount and suitcases — up to twelve travelers and twelve bags in the Sprinter.

  • Car Seats at No Charge

Up to two car seats and two boosters come free. Ask for them in the booking form.

  • The Total Before You Pay

The booking form shows an all-inclusive rate for your itinerary before you confirm — no meter running east of the airport.

  • A 30-Minute Stop Included

Forgot the swimsuits? Every transfer includes one stop of up to 30 minutes on the way, requested at booking.
