MCO · SFB · Port Canaveral
A sedan for one or two, an SUV once the bags add up, reserved ahead and met inside MCO for the run to your terminal.
For smaller parties
A twelve-seat van is more vehicle than a solo cruiser needs. If you are sailing alone, as a couple, or joining a voyage straight after a work trip, the black car option is a Lincoln Continental or a similar sedan with space for three passengers and three bags, or a six-seat SUV if the luggage outgrows the trunk.
You land at Orlando International, the chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with the flight already tracked, and the car heads east on SR 528 for about 46 miles to the cruise terminals. Everything is arranged before you travel: the ride is booked and paid online, and a confirmation and receipt follow, which helps when the trip goes on an expense report. Coordination is available in English or Spanish, and a woman driver can be requested, subject to availability.
The drive
A sedan covers the Beachline like any other car; the road, not the vehicle, sets the time. Your terminal assignment comes from the cruise line.
Terminal 1
Used by the line's largest ships, as of 2026.
Terminal 3
The berth for Mardi Gras, as of 2026.
Terminal 8
Mainly Disney sailings here, as of 2026.
Terminal use changes with the season. Check your cruise documents and put the ship on the reservation so the chauffeur heads for the right drop-off.
Landing to boarding
Add the airline and flight number, the ship and the boarding window, and choose the sedan for up to three travelers with three bags.
If you land late or early, the pickup shifts with the flight, and waiting caused by a delay is not charged.
The chauffeur meets you after baggage claim; on an international arrival, after immigration and customs are done.
About 46 miles to your terminal's drop-off, with a coffee break of up to half an hour if you asked for it when booking.
Start with the sedan and move up only when the bags demand it.

Why a black car
A sedan when there are only one to three of you, so the vehicle fits the trip rather than the other way round.
Online payment produces a booking confirmation and a receipt, ready for an expense claim.
Delays and early landings move the pickup; waiting that a late flight causes is never billed.
Ask for one when booking; it depends on who is available for your date.
Arrange every detail of the trip in whichever of the two languages you prefer.
Two travelers with four large cases fit better in the Full Size SUV or the Escalade than in a trunk.
Traveling alone to a cruise means nobody else is watching the clock or the luggage, so a ride that is booked, paid and confirmed before you fly takes one job off the list. Reservations are made in advance only; there is no on-demand pickup, so book once your flight is fixed. The chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, and if anything shifts on the day, help for booked trips is available at any hour. If you would feel more comfortable with a woman driver, note it in the reservation; it is offered subject to availability.
Some travelers attach a cruise to the end of a convention or a week of meetings. In that case the pickup is your Orlando hotel rather than the airport: book it at least two hours ahead, and a hotel start comes with a half hour of free waiting. The Escalade is framed for executive travel if you want more room than the sedan, and either way the online payment returns a confirmation and receipt for your records. Tipping is at your discretion unless your booking explicitly builds it in.
The sedan is the default for one or two people with ordinary luggage, and it takes up to three of each. Capacity depends on the size of the bags, though, and a case packed for a week at sea may be larger than one packed for a work trip. If two of you are bringing two big suitcases each, or a third traveler adds a third, move up to the Full Size SUV, the satin-black Signature Suburban Premier or the Escalade, each with space for six large bags. The rate for the vehicle you choose is shown before you pay.

Why private
The cruise starts at the gangway. The 46 miles between a runway and that gangway are the part worth handing to someone else.
Port Canaveral restricts terminal access to prearranged, permitted commercial transport. This service holds permits at the port, at MCO and at Orlando Sanford, so nothing gets negotiated at a gate.
A shared shuttle waits for other flights and stops at other ships. A private transfer leaves when your group is ready and drives to one terminal: yours.
Formal nights and a week of swimwear add up. You choose the vehicle at booking against your headcount and suitcases — up to twelve travelers and twelve bags in the Sprinter.
Up to two car seats and two boosters come free. Ask for them in the booking form.
The booking form shows an all-inclusive rate for your itinerary before you confirm — no meter running east of the airport.
Forgot the swimsuits? Every transfer includes one stop of up to 30 minutes on the way, requested at booking.
