If a stretch limousine is what you pictured, this is not it; the fleet does not have one. What you can book is the chauffeured side of limo service: a Cadillac Escalade, the Signature Suburban Premier in satin black with a leather cabin, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter when a larger group is celebrating together. Each is reserved in advance and driven by a chauffeur who meets you inside Orlando International, takes charge of the luggage and drives the roughly 46 miles east on SR 528 to your terminal.
For a honeymoon sailing, an anniversary cruise or a milestone birthday at sea, that ride can set the tone for everything after it. Choose the vehicle, check that your confirmation names the model if a particular one matters to you, and let the celebration start at the arrivals hall rather than at the gangway.

A Beachline Ride to the Ship
SR 528 carries you east from the airport to the port. The distance is the same in any vehicle; what the choice of car changes is how those miles feel.

Model and color are only locked in when your confirmation lists them. Should that vehicle be unable to run, the substitute sent is at least as good and seats everyone, and it costs you nothing more.

Friends at a nearby hotel? The single included stop, up to half an hour, can gather them if you request it when booking.
4
Arrive at the pier
The car pulls up at your ship's drop-off. The port admits only rides arranged and paid ahead, so there is nothing to settle there.

Why There Is No Stretch Limo
The fleet is five vehicle options, and none of them is a stretch limousine. Rather than use the word loosely, this page describes what you actually get: a reserved, chauffeured vehicle from the top of the fleet, with space behind the seats for a week of cruise luggage. The Escalade and the Signature Suburban Premier seat six apiece with room for six bags; the Sprinter handles twelve of each. If you had your heart set on a stretch, it is better to learn that here than at the curb.
Occasions Worth the Upgrade
A honeymoon sailing, a silver anniversary, a fiftieth birthday, a family reunion at sea: these are trips where the ride to the port can feel like part of the gift. The Escalade suits a couple or a small party, the satin-black Suburban gives a distinctive arrival, and the Sprinter keeps a wedding group or reunion together. Want to raise a glass on the way? Alcohol and food need written approval ahead of the day, and sealed water is always fine. A tip is up to you, unless the reservation states one is included.
Getting the Vehicle You Picked
Your confirmation is the document that counts. A particular make and color is promised only once the confirmation spells it out, so if the Escalade or the satin-black Suburban is the point of the booking, check it says so. Some vehicles run through commercial agreements with verified operators, and the one assigned to you is set out in your confirmation. If it falls through, the substitute is at least as good a class and still fits everyone, without a surcharge.
The cruise starts at the gangway. The 46 miles between a runway and that gangway are the part worth handing to someone else.
Permitted at the Port's Curb
Port Canaveral restricts terminal access to prearranged, permitted commercial transport. This service holds permits at the port, at MCO and at Orlando Sanford, so nothing gets negotiated at a gate.
Your Party, Your Vehicle
A shared shuttle waits for other flights and stops at other ships. A private transfer leaves when your group is ready and drives to one terminal: yours.
Room for Cruise Luggage
Formal nights and a week of swimwear add up. You choose the vehicle at booking against your headcount and suitcases — up to twelve travelers and twelve bags in the Sprinter.
Car Seats at No Charge
Up to two car seats and two boosters come free. Ask for them in the booking form.
The Total Before You Pay
The booking form shows an all-inclusive rate for your itinerary before you confirm — no meter running east of the airport.
A 30-Minute Stop Included
Forgot the swimsuits? Every transfer includes one stop of up to 30 minutes on the way, requested at booking.
FAQs
Limo Service to Port Canaveral Car Service — Common Questions
No. The limo service on this route uses a chauffeured Cadillac Escalade, the satin-black Signature Suburban Premier or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
Only with written approval arranged before the day, as with any alcohol or food. Sealed water needs no approval.
Only if the confirmation names it. Without that, you are booking the category; if a named vehicle has to be swapped, the swap is same-or-better and costs nothing extra.
The Sprinter. It seats as many as twelve, luggage for each included, though bulky cases or a different seat layout can reduce that. Parties above twelve can add a second vehicle.
Yes. Name the hotel as your starting point and reserve two hours or more in advance; thirty free minutes of waiting apply at hotels.
Reservations go through the online form, which shows the all-inclusive rate before you pay. For anything it doesn't cover, reach the booking desk directly.
