Terms of Service
Updated: September 26, 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
The Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral website (www.orlandoairporttoportcanaveral.com) is operated for G0N2 Services, LLC dba SABERLANE (“we,” “us,” “our”), a private transportation company based in Winter Garden, Florida. These terms apply when you use this website and when you reserve transportation through it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
These terms summarize the operator’s complete Service Policies and Cancellation Policy, which are also published at saberlane.co/service-policies and saberlane.co/cancellation-policy. Those policies form part of every reservation confirmed through the booking form.
The terms shown with your reservation before you pay control that reservation. An exception that applies only to one booking (for example, a different cancellation window for a specialty vehicle) takes priority only when it was clearly shown and accepted before payment. Later changes to these terms do not reach back and change a reservation that is already confirmed.
2. Booking and confirmation
Reservations are made online through the LimoFlow booking form on this website, which is our only online reservation channel. You choose the itinerary and an available vehicle, check the total and the terms that apply, and complete payment. Your booking confirmation and receipt are the record of your reservation.
Nothing else confirms a trip on its own: not a visit to this site, a fare preview, a quote request, or a call, email, WhatsApp or social-media message. Those channels are there for help, including when the booking form does not load. If you are unsure whether a payment or confirmation went through, email booking@saberlane.co before paying a second time.
- Advance notice.Pickups at Orlando International (MCO), Orlando Sanford (SFB), Kissimmee Gateway (ISM), Orlando Executive (ORL) and the FBOs at those airports, pickups anywhere in Orlando, and pickups at Port Canaveral must be booked at least 2 hours ahead. Some pickups farther away need more notice: at least 6 hours for airports outside the Orlando group (such as Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Tampa and St. Pete–Clearwater), and more than 24 hours for the Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas, including their airports, FBOs and cruise ports. The rule follows the pickup location of each leg, including a return leg. All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
- Your responsibilities. The person who books must be entitled to arrange the trip and to use the payment method, must give accurate contact and trip details, and accepts the terms shown before payment on behalf of the party. Please pass the pickup and safety instructions on to your passengers.
- Check your confirmation. Review it as soon as it arrives: names, dates, times, addresses, flight or cruise details, passenger count, luggage, child-seat requests and contact details. Tell us promptly about any change to your plans.
3. Rates, payment and additional charges
The fare depends on the exact pickup and drop-off addresses, the number of passengers, the luggage and the itinerary you request. The rate shown in the booking form is all-inclusive for the itinerary you select, and you see the total before you pay. Your written confirmation lists what is included.
- There is no extra charge for traffic.
- Airport charges are not added to the fare.
- Gratuity is optional unless your booking total expressly includes it.
- Meet & Greet on airport arrivals and flight monitoring are included at no extra charge (section 5).
- Transportation does not include attraction tickets, meals, admission or other purchases unless your reservation says so.
Card payments are processed through LimoFlow’s connected payment provider, Stripe. By booking, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you approve for the confirmed service and for any documented additional charge these terms allow, such as an agreed route change, extra stop time you approve, or cleaning or damage (section 12). Any change to the itinerary must be agreed before the service changes.
4. Waiting time
- Airports: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting from the confirmed meeting time.
- Cruise ports and other confirmed pickups (hotels, resorts, residences): 30 minutes of complimentary waiting from the confirmed pickup time.
- Flight delays: waiting caused by a delayed flight on a booked airport arrival is never charged.
We do not currently charge for additional pickup waiting. If you need more time, contact us; continued waiting is arranged according to availability. Any wait or overtime charge that does apply follows the route and the conditions shown in the booking form when you booked.
5. Airport arrivals, Meet & Greet and flight monitoring
Every airport-arrival reservation includes Meet & Greet in the fixed rate shown before you book. Your chauffeur or coordinator sends meeting instructions (terminal, level and side) and identifies themselves or holds a name sign as arranged.
- Give us your airline and flight number when you have them. We monitor that flight and move the pickup when it lands late or early, at no extra charge. If you change flights, send us the new number.
- If you do not have flight details yet, or the flight cannot be verified, contact us to arrange the pickup and send the details later. Verification is not a condition of requesting service.
- Be ready within 15 minutes of the confirmed meeting time. International travelers should allow time for customs and baggage. If you need longer, contact us; extra waiting must be agreed and depends on availability.
- If you cannot find your chauffeur, contact us before you leave the airport or arrange other transportation. Leaving without contacting us may be treated as a no-show.
6. Cruise-port pickups
Port Canaveral requires commercial transportation to be prearranged and prepaid. For a pickup at a cruise port, give us the cruise line, ship, sailing date, terminal if known, passenger count, luggage and a mobile number that will be reachable.
- Be ready within 30 minutes of the confirmed pickup time, and contact us if you need longer.
- Port security and loading rules may stop the chauffeur from waiting at the terminal curb. Before asking for the vehicle to enter the pickup zone, every passenger must be off the ship, with all luggage, and follow the chauffeur’s directions.
- The complimentary wait is 30 minutes; further waiting is arranged separately, depending on availability.
7. Stops, route changes and extra time
Transfer rates cover the confirmed pickup, route and destination. Cruise transfers include one agreed stop of up to 30 minutes along the route, which you request when booking. Any stop must be agreed with us, and must be safe, legal and workable within the itinerary. A change of address, an extra pickup or a detour may change the fare; we explain any difference and you accept it before the change is made.
- At each agreed stop, the first 30 minutes carry no stop-time charge.
- Stop time beyond that is billed in 15-minute blocks. Each block costs 25% of the hourly rate for the booked vehicle and service. Before you approve an extension, we tell you that hourly rate and what each 15-minute block will cost. If your confirmation shows no hourly rate, we confirm it in writing first. No rate you have not been told is ever applied.
- The stop-time charge applies only to a break you request during the journey. It does not apply to waiting at pickup, airport arrival procedures or a flight delay. Purchases, meals and admission are not included.
- For hourly service, time runs from the confirmed start until the vehicle is released, and stops within that time are not charged separately. Approved overtime is billed in 30-minute increments unless the confirmation says otherwise. The same minutes are never charged twice.
8. Child car seats and booster seats
Up to 2 car seats and 2 booster seats are free on every service. Request them when you book and give each child’s age, approximate weight and the type of seat needed, so the vehicle can be set up in advance. Before the vehicle moves, the accompanying parent or guardian must check the seat and confirm the child is secured correctly.
9. Passengers, luggage and accessibility
- Every passenger counts toward the passenger total, including a child in a car seat or booster.
- Tell us before confirmation about large luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, mobility devices, sports equipment, boxes or other oversized items. Vehicles are never loaded beyond their legal seating, weight or safe luggage capacity.
- Passengers with disabilities and service animals are welcome as the law requires.
- Pets that are not service animals need approval in advance and must travel in a suitable carrier, unless another arrangement is confirmed.
10. Vehicle selection and substitution
You choose from the vehicles available when you book and pay. Before paying, check the vehicle or category shown, its passenger and luggage capacity, and the seating layout for any child seats you requested; your confirmation records your choice. Where a vehicle is offered as a category or “or similar,” that description is what you are booking.
If the confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable, we may provide one of an equal or higher category with enough confirmed passenger and luggage capacity, at no extra charge. A trip completed in an equal or upgraded category does not qualify for a refund.
11. Passenger conduct and safety
Seat belts and any required child restraints must be used. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, unlawfully carried weapons, unsafe behavior, harassment, and anything that distracts or threatens the chauffeur are not allowed. Alcohol and food need written approval; sealed water is fine.
The chauffeur may refuse or end a service without a refund when conduct is illegal, abusive or dangerous, or is likely to damage the vehicle. The person who booked is responsible for the conduct of every passenger.
12. Cleaning and vehicle damage
The person who booked is responsible for cleaning or repairs made necessary by any passenger. Minimum charges apply for excessive cleaning, for smoking or vaping remediation, and for cleaning vomit, bodily fluids or other biohazards; the amounts are listed in the operator’s Service Policies. Where the actual cost is higher, the documented cost of professional cleaning, repair, replacement, towing or lost use of the vehicle may be charged instead.
13. Lost property
Please check the vehicle before you leave it. We are not responsible for items left behind, but we will make reasonable efforts to find them. Delivery, shipping, parking, tolls or chauffeur time needed to return an item may be charged.
14. Delays and events beyond our control
Traffic, weather, road closures, airport or port restrictions, police activity, airline or cruise-line changes, mechanical problems and other events outside reasonable control can affect timing. When they do, we make reasonable efforts to keep you informed, adjust the service or arrange a suitable replacement.
Travel-time estimates on this website are for planning, not guaranteed arrival times. We do not guarantee arrival in time for a particular flight, sailing, ticketed event, reservation or appointment, and we are not responsible for resulting costs. Please leave enough time for traffic, security and terminal procedures, and for your own check-in deadlines. Refunds for services not performed follow section 16 and applicable law.
15. Affiliate operators
We may fulfill a reservation through a properly licensed and insured affiliate operator, and we remain your point of contact. An affiliate’s own requirements, or stricter cancellation terms, apply only when they were shown and accepted before payment. A later change of vehicle does not change the cancellation terms you accepted.
16. Cancellations, changes, no-shows and refunds
Read this section before you pay. The advance notice needed to book a trip (section 2) is a separate rule from the cancellation deadlines below.
How to cancel
Cancel in writing: email booking@saberlane.co, send a WhatsApp message to +1 (689) 250-0205, or use a cancellation option supplied with your LimoFlow reservation. Include the passenger name, confirmation number, service date and pickup time, and keep a copy. A cancellation takes effect when we receive the complete written request, not when we reply. We will acknowledge it and update the reservation; if no acknowledgment arrives, follow up through another written channel. Notice periods are counted back from the confirmed pickup time, in the local time at the pickup location.
Standard transfers in a sedan or SUV
For one-way airport, port, hotel, resort, residence and point-to-point transfers:
- 24 hours or more before pickup: full refund of the affected service.
- At least 6 but less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% is charged and 50% refunded.
- Less than 6 hours before pickup: 100% is charged, with no refund.
Hourly, day-journey, long-distance and multi-stop service
- 48 hours or more before pickup: full refund of the affected service.
- At least 24 but less than 48 hours before pickup: 50% is charged and 50% refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% is charged, with no refund.
Sprinter, Transit, high-capacity, specially sourced and affiliate vehicles
- 72 hours or more before pickup: full refund, except any non-refundable third-party amount that was disclosed before payment.
- Less than 72 hours before pickup: 100% is charged, with no refund.
- Any exception, including affiliate-specific terms, must appear in the confirmation before payment.
Holidays, special events and reservation-specific terms
Major holidays, conventions, concerts, sporting events, weddings, proms, bookings that combine several vehicles, and affiliate reservations may need a non-refundable deposit or a longer cancellation window. Any such exception must be clearly shown in the booking form or written confirmation before payment.
Changes and rescheduling
A reasonable change requested before the full-refund deadline carries no administrative fee, although price differences, extra mileage, vehicle upgrades, parking, tolls and other direct costs still apply. After that deadline, a material change (a different date, a substantially different time, route, vehicle category or passenger capacity) may be handled as a cancellation of the original booking plus a new booking. All changes depend on availability.
Flight delays and cancelled flights
Share flight details when you have them and report changes promptly. Missing or unverified flight details do not by themselves cancel a reservation, and an ordinary flight delay is not a cancellation: we follow the reported flight and adjust. If the airline cancels your flight before the chauffeur is dispatched, you may ask for one reschedule credit for the affected airport transfer, with no fee, valid for 12 months and subject to availability and any fare difference; if you ask for a refund instead, the normal schedule above applies. Once the chauffeur has been dispatched or is on site, the service is not automatically refundable, though we may offer a partial credit at our discretion after deducting chauffeur time, parking, tolls, affiliate commitments and other costs already incurred.
Cruise delays, itinerary changes and cancelled sailings
A change by the cruise line does not cancel your transportation automatically, so tell us straight away. If the sailing is cancelled before the chauffeur is dispatched, we may move the affected service once as a credit valid for 12 months, subject to availability and fare differences. Otherwise the cancellation windows above apply.
No-shows
A no-show includes not appearing at the confirmed location, not staying reachable, leaving the airport or port without contacting us, taking other transportation without cancelling, or not meeting the chauffeur within the included waiting time when further waiting is not available. A no-show is charged 100% of the reservation, plus any documented third-party cost already incurred that was disclosed before payment and is not already part of the reservation charge; no cost is charged twice. No refund or credit is due for a no-show, subject to applicable law. Waiting at pickup is not billed as an extra waiting charge.
Round trips and multiple legs
Unless sold as one package that cannot be divided, each confirmed pickup counts as a separate service for cancellation timing. Completing one leg does not take away refund eligibility for a later leg cancelled within its own window.
If we cannot perform the service
We may offer a replacement vehicle of an equal or higher category with enough confirmed passenger and luggage capacity, at no extra charge. If no reasonable replacement is available and the service does not take place, we refund what you paid for that service.
Weather, closures and other events beyond reasonable control
We may delay, reroute, reschedule or cancel a service when travel would be unlawful or unsafe because of severe weather, a road closure, government action, an airport or port shutdown, an emergency or a similar event. If we are still able and willing to drive and you cancel, the normal schedule applies. If we decide the service cannot be performed safely or legally, you receive a refund, or a credit you agree to, for the part not performed, less any non-refundable third-party charge disclosed before payment.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We start an approved refund within 7 to 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it. Meet & Greet is part of the transportation fare, with no separate charge. When a cancellation qualifies for a full refund, our fees that were not incurred are refunded. Third-party affiliate charges may stay non-refundable only where that was disclosed before payment and the law allows it; this never reduces the refund owed when we cannot perform a service.
17. Using this website
Use this website lawfully and share only information you are entitled to share. Do not pose as another customer, misuse someone else’s details, interfere with the site or try to gain unauthorized access. Route, terminal and travel-time information here is general guidance and can change; your confirmation is what governs your trip.
The booking form, the Sign In button and customer portal, and the review form are provided by LimoFlow, and card payments are handled by Stripe. Those providers run their own technology under their own terms and privacy policies, while we remain your contact for transportation, cancellation and refund questions. If one of those tools is unavailable, email booking@saberlane.co for help. A technical error or a duplicate form submission is not proof of a new confirmed reservation.
18. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by Florida law, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. When we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes too. The terms you accepted for an existing reservation continue to apply to it.
19. Contact
